He served as UAS Team Commander, managed dispatch among other commands, and conceived Drone as First Responder with Kabe Termes — naming the model and helping stand up the first program under the FAA IPP. He is also the visionary and co-inventor of Live911 with HigherGround.

Later roles have included Head of Public Safety Integration at Skydio and Director of DFR Consulting at Flock Safety (Aerodome). He continues to help agencies understand DFR end-to-end — aircraft, operations, launch triggers, and the 911 workflow that feeds them.
